Our Summer Yoga & Art Series Begins June 14!
Hosted by Bluebird Yoga & Wellness & Founders Gallery and Gifts
We’re kicking off a beautiful, creative summer with our first workshop:

Grow Your Roots
Saturday , June 14 • 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Cost: $60 (includes yoga, refreshments, and all art materials)

Join us for a peaceful morning that blends movement, creativity, and community.

Schedule

9:00–10:00 AM – Grounding Yoga Flow
Connect to your breath and body with an intentional, gentle practice led by Bluebird Yoga.
10:00–10:30 AM – Chai + Fruit Break
Enjoy fresh fruit, warm chai, and good conversation on the patio.
10:30–12:00 PM – Painted Flower Pot Project
Create a hand-painted terra cotta flower pot—a place to hold your summer intentions and a beautiful addition to your porch or garden.

This is the first of six thoughtfully crafted sessions in our Summer Yoga & Art Series. Each one offers a new theme, a new art project, and a chance to reconnect—with yourself, nature, and others.

No art experience needed. Just bring a comfy yoga mat.
